Effective communication skills are essential for success in today’s knowledge-based society. It is highly essential for success in areas like participating in a team, teaching others new skills, serving clients and customers, exercising leadership, negotiating, and working with diverse groups of people.

There are certain principals of effective communication

First principle of effective communication:

I am sure sometimes or the other it must have happened that your subordinate or servant must have done exactly the opposite of what you wanted him or her to do. How can that be, you ask yourself. I told him exactly what I wanted. Yes, maybe you told him but did you check that he was listening, that he understood, that he agreed and that he would carry out the required action? Obviously not. The first principle of effective communication is to get appropriate feedback.
